What to Expect When You Order:

Gift of Connection operates on an "on-demand" fulfillment system, which means we do not have a warehouse storing our products. When you place an order, your products are created just for you! So sit back while our team crafts and delivers a truly unique masterpiece to your doorstep. Get ready to be amazed!

 

Processing:

No one wants to work through the holidays. Therefore, orders are processed on business days, excluding holidays observed by the US Post Office. In regular seasons, please allow 2-5 business days for our team prepare your order. During holiday seasons, it may take a bit more time. Please plan accordingly.

Once your package is prepared for shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email. It's like receiving a roadmap to guide your package home!

 

Shipping:

Here at Gift of Connection, we have a solid relationships with both local and national manufacturers. That's why delivery times may vary. The good news is that this collaboration allows us to offer you the lowest prices on our products!

When it comes to shipping, we entrust your package to the capable hands of a local carrier.

 

Domestic Delivery: Expect the arrival of your package within 2-10 business days during regular seasons. The duration may vary during holiday seasons. Again, please plan accordingly.

International Delivery: For our friends across the globe, anticipate a wait of 1-4 weeks during regular seasons, but remember that holiday seasons may extend the delivery timeframe.

note** Once an order is submitted, we cannot modify it. Please verify your shipping address for accuracy, including all necessary details such as correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information to guarantee successful delivery.

  • We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

 

Refunds: At Gift of Connection, all products are made-to-order. This means we don't keep anything in stock.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in less than ideal condition. Provide us with a picture of the defective product and the proof of purchase. Connect with us via the "Contact Us" page within 7 days of the item's arrival to initiate the refund.

Payment will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of refund initiation. Keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and integrate the refund.

 

Returns & Exchanges: Custom made-to-order items means we don't have duplicates floating in warehouses. Once the order has been placed, it immediately goes into production. Therefore, we do not offer returns or direct exchanges unless the product contains a quality defect. In all other instances, please place a new order for your desired item.
