What happens after I place an order?

How long does it take to receive my order?

Patience, dear friend, patience! Allow 4-7 business days for your order to undergo its transformation from raw materials to a masterpiece. Once it's ready to dazzle, we'll generate a tracking number and whisk it away to you in approximately 4-7 business days.

NOTE: Global supply chains have been overloaded and unpredictable lately, so please plan accordingly if an item is desired in time for a holiday or special occasion.

 

Where can I find my tracking number?

Keep an eye on your inbox! Once your order is officially on its way, we'll send you an email with your tracking number. It's like receiving a secret map to unveil the location of your package.

 

Where is my order?

Check your tracking number to locate the current whereabouts of your order. If the tracking number claims your order has already been delivered but you have not received it, your local postal service may have sent your package on a detoured route. Please consult them with any related inquiries.

 

What if I have an issue with my order?

Your trust means the world to us! If any item fails to meet your expectations—be it a defect or questionable print quality—send us a photo of the mishap within seven (7) days of receiving it. We'll work our magic to offer you a FREE REPLACEMENT (fulfillment and shipping times still apply). Alternatively, you can keep the item and receive a 100% REFUND. We aim to keep smiles on faces!

 

How long will it take to get my refund?

We're swift when it comes to refunds! Expect an automatic refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. However, please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may have their own pace when it comes to processing and posting refunds. If more than 15 business days pass without a refund appearing, send us a message and we'll check the status on our end.

 

I've ordered 2+ items, but only received 1, why?

Ah, the phenomenon of parcel splitting! Sometimes, to help you dodge additional fees, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages. Fear not! All packages should gather around your doorstep within two (2) weeks. If more time has elapsed and you are still missing items from your order, please contact us. We will check on the status of the orders for you.

 

I received the wrong item! Now what?

Oops! If you find yourself with the wrong item, don't worry. Connect with us and we'll quickly make amends. We'll either refund or replace the item with no charge to you. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

 

My item doesn't fit. Now what? 

Oh no! We provide the manufacturer's sizing guide to ensure the correct fit. We understand the frustration, but alas, since each item is custom-made-to-order, we don't have inventory for size exchanges. May we suggest you share the love and gift it to a friend, or perhaps it can find a new home with a charity of your choice?
